Every ring we make starts as yours alone. These are the touches our clients ask for most.
Drawn for you
Your ring is modeled in CAD from scratch, prong by prong. Some of our favorite rings went through four versions before we sent the first one.
A stone hidden inside
Stone Inlay® sets a birthstone inside the band, where only the wearer knows it's there. On us with every custom ring.
Words in your handwriting
A date, initials, or a line in your own handwriting, engraved inside. Also on us.
Carved by Mr. Lee
Florals, milgrain and filigree are hand-carved at the bench by our master craftsman, Mr. Lee.
You choose the exact stone
We send a video of each candidate diamond or gem before anything is set. Nothing gets set until you've said yes.
Your story, built in
A flower from her garden, a symbol from a show you both love, a family motif. We find a way to carry it in the design.

No payment until you've seen your quote. Nothing is made until you've approved your CAD.

Jack replies with design thoughts and a quote for your build. If it helps, we hop on a short call.
10% deposit
Ten percent of your quote secures your place in our schedule, reserves your stone, and starts your CAD. The deposit is non-refundable, because design work begins the day it arrives.
Your CAD design
Our in-house team draws your ring in precise 3D, down to every prong. You see it from every angle.
Revise, approve, pay the balance
Ask for any changes until it's right. Once you approve the CAD, the remaining 90% starts handcrafting.
Handcrafted and delivered
Made by hand in our studio, then shipped insured with signature on delivery, in the Luther's Brown Box. Most rings take 6–7 weeks. Hand-carved or design-intensive pieces with more revisions take 8–10 weeks.
How payment works
Two payments. That's all.
The deposit reserves your stone and your spot on the bench, and pays for your CAD design to begin. It's non-refundable.
The balance is due only once you've seen your ring in CAD and told us it's right.
Example: on a $3,500 ring, that's $350 to start and $3,150 after CAD approval.

Custom builds
Before you begin
How does a custom build work?
It starts with your idea. Share it through our custom ring form and Jack, our Head Designer, will reply within 3 business days with your design direction and a price range. From there:
- 10% design deposit: secures your stone and starts your 3D CAD model. It counts toward your total.
- Your CAD model: you see your ring in 3D before anything is made.
- Approve and build: once you love it, the balance is due and your piece goes to the bench.
Most custom builds arrive in 6–7 weeks from your deposit. Hand-carved and highly intricate pieces take 8–10 weeks.
What if I don't love the CAD design?
Then we keep going. We revise your CAD model until it's right, and nothing goes to the bench until you give the green light.
Can I change a design I see on your site?
Almost always. A different center shape, a gemstone instead of a diamond, colored leaves, a north–south setting: these become custom builds based on our house design, so the foundation is already there. Send us the product link and what you'd like to change.
Can I use my own stone?
In many cases, yes. Send us your stone's certificate (GIA, IGI or AGL) and its measurements, and we'll let you know what's possible for your design.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to split your purchase into monthly installments. It works on collection pieces and on custom builds, for both the 10% deposit and the remaining balance. More on financing
Can I return or cancel my order?
Because every piece is made by hand for you, here's how it works:
- Before production starts: cancel for a full refund.
- Once your piece is at the bench: it's a final sale, since it's being made to your exact choices.
- Custom builds: the 10% design deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your stone and covers your CAD design work.
If your piece arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or has a craftsmanship issue, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
