Yes — most of our diamonds are laser inscribed on the girdle with an identification number and/or logo. This includes stones certified by GIA, IGI, GCAL, and HRD. It's a discreet but secure way to identify your diamond.
We do not offer built-in insurance, but we highly recommend insuring your ring through a third-party jewelry insurance provider like Jewelers Mutual. It’s easy, affordable, and offers peace of mind.
Depending on your location and timeline, we ship using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All packages are fully insured and tracked — and express shipping is always an option.

Everything. Every detail, every stone, every gram of gold — it’s all included. The only thing not included is tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customization / Customized™
Most Customized™ designs take 5–6 weeks to complete. For simpler requests, we may be able to finish in 4–5 weeks. We never rush — every detail matters as much to us as it does to you.
Great question. The 10% deposit does two things:
- It secures your stone (we temporarily remove it from inventory for your project).
- It activates our design process — our in-house team will create a 1:1 CAD model based on your vision.
A CAD model is a digital 3D rendering of your ring. It allows you to preview your exact design before we ever cast it in metal. Please see the image attached below for a sample CAD rendering.
