Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers any manufacturing defect for as long as you own your piece. If something isn't right because of how it was made, we'll make it right. That's our commitment.
What the warranty does not cover is everyday wear, accidents, or damage — those are best protected through your personal jewelry insurance, and every engagement ring ships with a professional appraisal to make that simple.
What's Included
- Manufacturing DefectsCovered for life. If a defect in materials or craftsmanship appears, we'll repair or replace at no cost to you.
- Accent Stones Under 0.10ctIf a small accent stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge. You're only responsible for insured two-day shipping.
- Complimentary ResizingOne free resize within 100 days of purchase, so your ring fits exactly the way it should.
- Annual MaintenanceUp to four complimentary cleanings and prong checks per year. Staying on this schedule keeps your accent stones covered under warranty. You cover insured shipping both ways.
Evaluation & Repair Process
A $50 refundable deposit is required to ship and evaluate your piece.
- If the issue is a manufacturing defect, the repair is covered and your deposit is refunded in full.
- If the issue is from regular wear but repairable, we'll send a quote. If you proceed, your deposit applies to the repair.
- If you choose not to proceed, the deposit covers evaluation and insured return shipping.
What's Not Covered
- The center stone (best protected through personal insurance)
- Normal wear — thinning metal, bent prongs, scratches
- Damage from chemicals, pools, or hot tubs
- Work performed by a third-party jeweler (this voids the warranty)
- Improper storage, excessive force, or neglect
- International orders are responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes related to warranty service
