We proudly offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects for all our jewelry. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear, misuse, or accidents. If you ever experience an issue with your piece, our team will gladly evaluate it and advise on the best repair or replacement solution.

Each engagement ring also includes a professional appraisal to support insurance coverage for accidental damage, loss, or theft — giving you complete peace of mind for years to come.

A $50 refundable deposit is required to ship and evaluate your jewelry.

• If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect, the repair will be covered under our warranty, and your deposit will be refunded in full.
  
• If the issue is due to regular wear but can be repaired, we’ll provide a repair quote. Should you proceed, the deposit will be applied toward the repair cost.
• If you choose not to move forward, the deposit will be applied to evaluation and insured return shipping.

Accent Stones under 0.10ct: If a small accent stone falls out due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge. Clients are responsible only for insured two-day shipping.

Resizing: One complimentary resizing is included within 100 days of purchase.

Annual Maintenance: Up to four complimentary cleanings and prong checks are recommended each year to keep your stones secure. You simply cover insured shipping both ways. Staying on this maintenance schedule ensures accent stones remain covered by the warranty.

• Replacement of the center stone (this is best protected under your personal insurance).
  
• Normal wear, including thinning metal, bent prongs, or scratches.
• Damage caused by chemical exposure, pools, or hot tubs.
• Any work performed by a third-party jeweler (this voids our warranty).
• Improper storage, excessive force, or neglect.
• International orders are asked to cover shipping, duties, and taxes related to any warranty service.
