Processing & Production

Because every piece is made-to-order, please plan your purchase with our timelines in mind — especially for engagements, weddings, anniversaries, and other meaningful occasions.

Standard Made-to-Order Pieces

Rings, engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, and bracelets.

Production 2–3 weeks
Shipping 1–2 weeks
Total Estimated ~ 4 weeks

Custom Design Orders

Bespoke pieces and custom designs require a 10% deposit to begin the design process. Production starts once the remaining 90% balance is paid in full.

Delivery 4–6 weeks
Begins Full payment received

Shipping & Insurance

Your piece is valuable, and we treat it that way from the moment it leaves our hands. All packages are shipped via trusted, signature-required carriers.

Every shipment is fully insured through Shipsurance for the duration of transit. Insurance covers loss or damage during shipping, so your piece is protected from our studio to your door.

    We include one complimentary resizing with every ring, so your piece sits perfectly from day one.

    Every piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturing and craftsmanship for as long as you own it.

  • Certified Authenticity

    Every stone is independently certified by GIA, IGI, or GRC — and for lab diamond engagement rings, you'll see a video of your exact stone before we set it. Trust, documented.

A Note on Returns

Because every piece is handcrafted specifically for you — set with your chosen stones, sized to your finger, engraved with your message — each order is final once production begins. This is standard practice across bespoke fine jewelry, and it's what allows us to give every piece the time and care it deserves.

That said, our priority is your peace of mind. If something isn't right when your piece arrives — a sizing issue, a defect, an honest mistake on our end — we'll work with you directly to make it right. In the rare case a resolution is needed beyond our care services, we review each situation individually and in good faith.

Packaging for Claims

In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or an issue arises in transit, please retain all original packaging — including the box, mailer, shipping label, and any damaged materials — so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

If packaging is discarded before a claim is filed, we are unable to pursue reimbursement through our carrier.

Risk of Loss

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may shift depending on the carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer — though our Shipsurance coverage remains in place to protect you throughout transit. We will always work alongside you to track, follow up, and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
