Jardin Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Luther's Diamonds, 590 Means St NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Jardin Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2027, unless ended earlier by Sponsor with notice posted on this page. The Giveaway is divided into monthly entry periods (each an "Entry Period"). The first Entry Period runs from 12:00:00 a.m. ET on October 10, 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026. Each later Entry Period runs from 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of a calendar month through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month.

4. How to Enter

Online: Visit luthersdiamonds.com and submit your email address through the Giveaway sign-up form.

No-purchase alternate entry: Email luthersdiamonds@gmail.com with the subject line "Jardin Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and email address in the message.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period, regardless of entry method. An entry submitted in one Entry Period carries over to every later Entry Period until the person wins or unsubscribes. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Within seven (7) days after each Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days of notification and confirm eligibility, a US shipping address, gold color and chain length. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Each person may win only once during the Giveaway.

6. Prize

One (1) prize per Entry Period: The Jardin Blossom pendant in 14K solid gold (winner's choice of white, yellow or rose gold) with a 16, 17 or 18 inch chain. Approximate retail value: $815 USD. The prize is handcrafted to order and ships insured within the United States after the winner confirms their details. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of the prize, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Use of Your Information

By entering online, you agree to receive marketing emails from Luther's Diamonds. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing ends your participation in future Entry Periods. Information collected is handled according to the Luther's Diamonds Privacy Policy. Sponsor will ask each winner for permission before sharing their name or photos publicly.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Winners List

For the name of the winner of an Entry Period, email luthersdiamonds@gmail.com with the subject "Jardin Giveaway Winner" within 60 days after that Entry Period ends.
