Is there any obligation when I submit this form?
None. You'll get a rough quote within 24 hours, and 2–4 hand-sourced stone options within 48–72 hours. If nothing fits, you walk. We'd rather you say no than say yes to the wrong stone.
How are you cheaper than Tiffany or Cartier for the same diamond?
Because we are. A 2ct D-VS1 Triple Excellent round is the same stone whoever is selling it — same GIA certificate, same grading, same crystal. What changes is the markup. Flagship retail spends enormously on real estate, sales staff, marketing, and brand premium. We don't. We're a small family workshop sourcing directly. That's the entire difference.
Can I trust a diamond I haven't held yet?
You're not asked to. You see GIA-certified specs, an HD video filmed in our vault, and you can ask us anything before approving. The stone doesn't go into your setting until you've signed off. We've made this process for people who have never bought a serious diamond before — and people who've bought several. It works for both.
What if my budget is tight for a natural stone?
Be honest in the form. We'll tell you straight whether your budget is realistic for natural — and if it isn't, we'll show you what your money does in lab-grown instead. No upselling, no theatre. Sometimes the right answer is lab. Sometimes it's waiting six months and saving. We'll tell you which.
What about insurance, shipping, and warranty?
Every ring ships fully insured, signature required. We provide independent appraisal documentation for your own insurance policy. Lifetime warranty on craftsmanship is included as standard — if anything ever needs attention, the ring comes home to the same bench it was made on.
