When will it arrive?

About 4–5 weeks to your door. Every piece is made to order in our studio, then shipped free, fully insured and signature-required.

Have a proposal or wedding date? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm honestly whether we can make it.

What chain does it come with?

Every pendant comes on a solid gold 1mm rolo chain in the length you choose. Want something sturdier, for everyday wear or for a child? Ask us about our 1.5mm rolo chain with a lobster clasp.

Can I return it?

You can cancel for a full refund before production starts. Once your piece is at the bench it's a final sale, since it's made to your exact choices. If it arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Our family has been making fine jewelry since 1994, starting as Happy Jewelers in Korea before we moved the studio to Atlanta. Much of what we make still begins in the garden: petals, stems, the way a bloom opens. Mr. Lee and Jack look over every design before it's made.
